Having problem with Login Error 409 Ingame

I can't start the game and keep getting Login error 409 & Unable to connect to steam login service.
Can anyone help me ?

have you tried rebooting computer and steam, running the verify files after restart? you dont say if youre a recent install or owned game long term.
the faq page on the palia website itself has several answers for crash and glitching issues. you may want to try there

Same happen to me yesterday live on Twitch-Steam after 2h of playing ingame with a full group.
I write a ticket to the support and hope for an answer why i got banned

I did all of the above, and i just started playing couple days ago since my friend told me to play with him. maybe i should start opening a ticket for support.

Thats weird, im pretty sure i never said any bad word in the chat, since the chat always says "failed to connect" , and i just started playing couple days ago since my friend told me to play with him, the games is fun tho.
I might have to write a ticket like you to as well.
I heard it happen to some Switch and Steam player. im not sure.

Were you using the overwolf map app? Maybe they decided to change course and not allow it.

No i was live on Stream and never use anything. Im still waiting for response from S6. I ask for more details
