I don't have any of those 3 recipes. How do I make these dishes? I have one stove, 1 oven, 2 mixing stations, and 1 other, can't remember what it's called. The recipes, or parts of them, don't show up on any of the stations

you can also ask if anyone wants to help cook for that quest in the server youre on. those complicated dishes can be problematic solo. many hands make light the work.
and as soon as you got the quest. the recipes should be ready for you to use. check oven and prep stations for the recipes.by the by before youre done your kitchen should include 2 ovens 2 stove 2 mixing stations and 3 prep...cannot cook the epic dishes without all of that and may be why you cant see the recipes.

I got them all done. Once I got my second oven, I was good to go

You actually need two of each station. When you go to each of the stations, and press f in front of each type, you will see which recipes are available starting from that station.
