Campfires, use outside

Campfires, use outside the plot in town, in the wilderness?
There are plenty of places to pitch a tent, but no place to throw together a quick meal. Many times you have to go back to the plot server because of this. It would be much more practical if you could cook yourself here on the map or in the houses where there is a stove or oven.

I don't see a point to this. The campfire meals suck even when you're just starting out. And once you get a preserves jar there's no point cooking anymore. Either way it's better to just plan ahead and carry food with you

not necessary but be funnyy. But i was gonna post in town a crate to access storage would be amazing.
