Selling unwanted/already made Furniture to Tish
Please make it so you can sell the furniture you've made to Tish. You spend so much time find resources and crafting items to upgrade so you can build up to the stuff you ACTUALLY want, you should be able to get gold back for items you've made and no longer want instead of keeping them in storage. And why can you only have 8 storage boxes at any one time? There are so many epic bugs and fish you might want to keep, but you are only allowed so much storage and then you have to start selling off stuff you may not want to get rid of. At least make it so maybe there is bug storage, food storage, gatherable storage, etc. And make it so you can sort your storage boxes.

I am not against being able to vendor furniture but it's really easy to craft so it might just be too lucrative for hardcore players. If they tweak values to sort that out new players may never be able to make money off it. Maybe a daily cash limit for furniture sales of 20k? Something reasonable and helpful for most but not just easymode for experienced players?

As for the limited storage. I spent a long time struggling before I found the chest upgrades but they give what? 10000 storage maxxed out which is honestly quite a bit. Certainly not something I would consider 'limited'. It's not cheap to buy the recipes so it's not early game stuff but it's not too bad if you focus on it.

What's the harm in hardcore players taking advantage of selling furniture? There's no player economy to manage. If another player is making bank off of selling furniture, more power to them.

It's just very odd limitations to put on a game like this. Some of the limitations they claim are technical, which I think is a little silly.

It's not that there is any real harm in it as it's virtually single player but if it's too lucrative then it will simply take away all incentive to bother with anything else in the game. I am not hardcore but even I have no issues making massive amounts of furniture very easily. Far faster than I can farm stuff. I just see potential for it to be too easy to make bulk cash without careful implementation and hardcore gamers will generally gravitate to the most lucrative tasks. It's not about managing any player economy so much as the individuals economy so they don't just lose interest in the rest of the game.

There has to be some kind of resource sink in the game, and they chose to make it furniture. Every other skill in the game makes you money / resources, it all has to go somewhere.

My gripe is you have to just craft 1000 items that you dont want in order to advance. Crafted 50 things last night just to junk them.

advance what? You don't HAVE to get every single achievement on day 1....and the quests usually only require one or two specific pieces of furniture.
