Ok I got the seeds to plant the trees on my plot the trees are fully mature and even collecting acorns but the quest is not advancing. It still says to grow five wild trees. Not sure if this quest is bugged or I did something wrong.

Did you try leaving and revisiting your plot? I think that fixed it for me.

I have left several times, no luck. I have 10 fully grown trees now lol and still no luck.

I noticed my full grown trees suddenly need water again, I wonder if the update broke the quest somehow

i originally had 1 of 5, update reset to 0 and now its not working for me either.

Yeah sadly many of the quests are bugged it seems

I had 4/5 trees before the 0.179 patch - progress got resetted to 0/5.
Now I have 2/5 - I don't know how, because I have about 10 grown trees (different types), that also grant seeds. But can't get passed 2/5

+1 having the same issue. I have at least 15 mature trees that have given me seeds. I am only at 2/5.

I'm having issues with this too. Completed the quest before the update and after the update it reset and no matter how many trees I plant it says 0/5. Super ANNOYING.
