Silverwing Quest Bugged?

I am at the very last point of the quest, I collected all the eggs and talked to everyone near the flow gate, but the air stream is not showing up to take me to the middle island. I can not finish this quest because the air stream is not showing up. And now Caleri has disappeared from the quest. Please help.

Did you turn on the teleporter on each island, collect 6 bugs and fish from 4 water holes? It worked for me just yesterday.
