How to play together with friends?

I'm new to the game and saw its co-op so I wanted to play it with my friend, though we managed to get to the same plot, he was able to destroy stuff but can't place anything and the chest inventory is client sided. Is that a bug or just not a feature yet? If so, can we please make a game - thats being advertised as co-op - an actual co-op game?

If you make someone an editor they can move stuff, but they can't take anything or place anything. It's to protect people from getting stuff stolen from them.

There's no trading in this game, either, so you have to get all the resources yourself. (You can make requests for items, but it's extremely limited.)

However, with two people you can grief chop groves. Take all that tasty flow wood for yourselves. I think the only activity in the game that's still hard to do in a group is hunting. If you take down an animal in one hit, you are the only one that gets loot. Everything else can be done together.

Them putting mmo, co op, and multiplayer on the tags is almost a flat out lie. There is effectively nothing to do with other players aside from see them walk across your screen.

I played this game with a friend for over a month (before they got sick of all the toxicity and left). There is absolutely tons of stuff you can do as a team.

1, Been in game since July
1. Join Cooking Parties - Make 45K a Party, depending on the type of Party
3. Make a group and Create FT Farm, YES you and a group of players can spawn/pop ft [purple magic trees]
4. Build a Village with Friends.
5. Mine Together - I have had more luck getting Star Quality Rubies with friends in a group than not
6. Fish together - You get a bonus
... etc etc etc
