Zeki's quest special Donations

Hey, does any of you have an idea why only 6/7 items are recognized for me in Zeki's quest (Special Donations) even though I found all 7 and can't talk to Zeki anymore. I even looked for videos where you can find all the items and That's exactly what I kept to compare

Does any of you have an idea?

I had to go back and finish that one and it completed fine.

I went back and talked to him again but he said there was still something missing. I just went through all the places again and still one item was missing and I just don't know what else to do

I have the issue that special donations has a check mark , with ready to turn in.
But whenever i talk to zeki the quest doesn't finish
