Human Bake-Off bug

For some reason, this quest doesn't pop up for me. I have the list, had it for a loooong time. But I don't get the quest, I also haven't done it as I only had 1 mixing station until today.
Anyone encountered the same?

Try reading it again, if that doesn't work then try moving the list to you storage chests and then back into your player inventory and read it again, that might get it to pop.
