Remapping waypoints?

Has anyone had an issue with placing waypoints on the map screen. I don't have a mouse with a middle mouse button, so I can't place waypoints down on the map screen, I can remap the waypoint keybind but it only works on the game screen, not the map screen which means I have to keep going back and forth between game screen and map screen when I am trying to get somewhere that does not have an active quest NPC.

in your controls you can change the button layouts :) hope this helps

:( same trouble here, trying to remap that button but it's not the same that we use at map. (sorry my english).
