Temple of Gales, Air Vent To Final Island

Hi everyone trying to get to the final Island in the Temple of Gales but the Air vent hasn't turned on, is there a quest you have to do to get this? Did some googling mixture between bug and quest? Any advice or tips?

Make sure to talk to all the NPCs to get new quests from them, if they don't have any on the main island, you need to activate a portal on both branching islands to bring the NPC with their quest to that island to complete on both sides to continue.

I just finished the quest and can confirm that after gathering 15 eggs, six bugs, four fish, and SEVEN tablets, that I was able to get everyone back onto the main island, grab the loot chest and talk to Zeki - before he let me on the last island to grab the final tablet for Elousia. Also, getting all the way to the top just for a Flow fragment was stressful :'/ ... I'm just glad to be done with the quest. For some reason I thought there was a cloud minnow I needed on the last island but you CAN and HAVE to find all the fish on the islands avaliable to get Caleri back to the nest before you can get Zeki to unlock the last island. _:'3/
