does this game finally have some coop/group play?
so for a game that advertised it self as a MMO it wasmore annoying to play with others then it was fun, couldnt hunt together, couldnt catch bugs together, only thing i really felt was coop friendly was cooking.

i stopped playing like a month after beta release, has this game got more coop friendly activities?

i be thinking about trying it again, convince my friends to joine, but if its still the same we prob gonne skip it.

Not really. Other players are usually more of an annoyance and if you're trying to do bug catching or hunting together you need to downgrade your equipment.

If you're really keen for some great social community in game activity you can afk at a flow tree grove for 15 minutes while people saunter across the map delaying you from cutting it down till they're all there

Whats the point of group stuff? New here. There is only gathering activities. Like, if I catch a fish, will everyone in my group also get that same fish? or will they get the xp?

When people fish close to each other they stack a buff up that makes everyone reel in the fish faster. Any other skill in the game has no real benefit to grouping up, other than the possibility that you speed up the process a bit or save durability on your tool. The only other skill that benefits from grouping up is cooking, since by group cooking everyone who participates get 3x the food cooked. Even if all they do is stir the pot. It makes it possible for people to split the required items up between each other, to lower the cost of preparing the food and thereby increasing the profit of the cooked items.

Hope this helps!

"Craft, cook, fish, and farm with friends as you live the life of your dreams and discover an enchanting adventure filled with colorful characters and a mystery to unravel."

Other than it being one of their main selling points, not much since there is no real incentive to group and most skills have no point in grouping. Crafting has no grouping, at all. Fishing causes fish to bite faster. Farming, people can water and weed your garden. Cooking was a major group activity until S6 nerfed it (and made solo cooking for profit nearly worthless).

Thank you! Too bad there isnt a real benefit really except for the cooking part.

Other than cooking and an actually pretty good minigame we got in a recent limited time festival, it's not group play so much as it is parallel play.
