Getting stuck when opening store

After I open some npc store and close it, my character gets stuck (the whole game actually) and I have to alt-f4 it. any solutions / help?

This happens when you talk to the store keeper outside of the actual store or you speak to a free roaming character with a store function. If they walk off while you are in the store, you will be locked down when you exit the store. It is a bug that I am reporting the Infinity 6 and anyone else that experiences needs to report it also, so it can be fixed. Part of being in an open Beta.

No, it happens when you talk to the store keeper inside the store too.
