You need to own 2 vehicles before you can sell one.

u can sell your second car at you garage if you go in front of it

go to new car, equip new car, old car goes to the back(they switched places now) now you can sell the old one since it is in the back, be sure to take any mods you want before selling, since you can put then in the new one
