GUYS PLEASE HELP!
my game is not loading, its just loading in loading screen with a car on the background

Library > Right-click on Night-Runners > Properties > Installed files > Verify integrity of games files.

Also try deleting your save files there to force the game into creating a new clean one :

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\PLANET JEM SOFTWARE\NIGHT-RUNNERS PROLOGUE
