LED/Xenon Headlights /w Sleepy Popup? (SOLVED!)

I figured it out! Sleepy headlights Stock gives the regular Halogen Bulbs but the Street (and I assume Prototype) options have Xenon/white lights and have much better visibility. I assume this is true for most of the headlights, but haven't tested it.

Only thing I wish I could do is make the LED option (one option earlier than the sleepy) have a sleepy look too. Or just smaller LED headlights that are about half the height.
