Bonus Content Doesn't Download.

I go to the properties and look at the DLCs, and even though it is checked, there is no downloaded files. The hot animations dlc, downloads just fine, but the Bonus Content is broken, and doesn't exist. In the game's main menu, in the top right corner where it says DLC, there is a circle with a line through it, which means nothing is there as I can't click on it.

What do I do?

Greetings! You can check for DLC Bonus Content by tapping on your phone inside the game. If there is a button with cheats and it works, then the DLC works. Did you check it?

Hello. There is no button in the phone in the game. Also, in the properties for the game on steam under DLC, the bonus content is checked, but there are no files, as it doesn't display any data amounts. The additional animation dlc downloaded just fine and shows over 400 mbs of data, and the folder exists with the video files. There is nothing for bonus content.

Edit: The bonus content said it was to come with wall papers as well, and the only thing that exists in the game folder, is the game itself, and the folder for the extra animations. Nothing else.

We can only advise you to reinstall the game completely. It is also possible that you have problems with files, for example, with past reinstallations of the game or Steam itself. There are other posts in this discussion forum about the DLC not working, and given it hasn't been resolved I doubt they are actually working on a solution. I found a review for the DLC by another person that says it doesn't work, so wish I would have seen it before buying it. I left a bad review as well so hopefully others will see this. I can't even get a refund, because by the time I realized that the DLC doesn't work, I had played too much of the game.

We regret the negative impression and the resulting problems with additional content for the game. We can only say that we are doing our best to resolve the players' problems and are doing everything we can. Regarding this problem, we can't trace for sure why this is happening, as everything is working when checked by us. We have also concluded that there would be a lot more reports if it was a large scale problem, but we know that other players have been and are still working fine.
