Wtf is the Ending?

So basically, im stuck in the Prison. Is this the end of the Game? or am i too stupid?

you have to get food from the prison guard at night and workout till u max out to 100. then find th epill under the toilet. eventually you will eat the pill to fake death.

eat the pill and when the credits roll, click to wake up from the fake death
