If we're talking about the very first quest that starts her storyline, then, if I'm not mistaken, you need to talk to her in her private room, try to go there in the morning or afternoon. If after a few tries she will not be there, can you clarify what language you are playing in?

I've got the same issue, I've checked every (mostly mine and her room) room in the morning and afternoon, still not seeing her there to continue her quest line.
Ps. Playing in the English language.

You are correct, I needed to speak to her in her room. Now I feel stupid for not figuring it out. Thank you for your help, I appreciate it.

I've tried that but she won't show up in her room in the afternoon or morning on every day. Still trying to unlock her very first quest, also I'm playing in English.
