How make people jump out of the window?

I'm having trouble trying to get the achievements for 10 jumps and no jumps at all. Does anyone knows how to control the people to make them jump (or not)?

Tried again to realize a pattern, but couldn't find it. Hope it's not random...

People will ONLY jump when they're full on freaking out, eyes shut, mouth screaming. In this state, they'll run around at random (though you can herd them with more scares), and when they get within a certain distance of a flapping window, there's a pretty good (but random) chance that they'll jump out. Keep them in that state and do it near the windows, and you should see lots of folks jump out!

Yeah I noticed if you have them in total panic and float into their path they turn away from you, so getting them to windows is much easier. Basically just keep forcing them as many floors away from the door as possible.

I have stucked in this achievement for A FEW MONTHS already. LOL. I tried many times and many methods, but I didn't get the chance. Usually 7-9 jump counts. Did I miss something?

For a better chance, should I scarce them at another floor, far from window, next to window or close to door?

Only 1 achievement for 100%. Please help.
