Museum still shows 1/20?

So I've gone over and over it and I don't see anyone in the house but it still says theres 1/20. Is this a glitch? It's pretty obvious to see/find the people as they walk around..

Did you free all the ghosts? I think they still count as people even though they can't be scared.

Ohhhhh. yeah I was wondering why I couldn't get the last ghost or possess the mummy.

i know this is a late response but for anyone out there who needs help, theres something hanging above the ceiling over the egyptian tomb. posses it and "smash" and the ghost will be free
