Why is this game no longer available on android?

Is it worth getting on steam? I loved this game on android but don't want to have the same thing happen (lack of support leading to the game eventually being inaccessible)

It's pretty neat on steam and has extra levels but it crashes a ton if you spam scares so I'd buy with caution
