Humans getting stuck

Especially in the mansion level people get stuck in the animation , cannot exit the mansion or end up looping up and down the stairs.
Any way to fix this? The only way i found this to stop is by making them panic but then they off themselfs instead of running out

This is a known issue, has been in the game from waaaay back, from when it was just a small flash game. Unfortunately, I don't know any ways to fix it.

Edit: actually, I think I do. They unfreeze when their mood changes. So you have to wait till they calm down a bit, then scare them a bit again. It's quite tedious, but eventually, you can make them leave through the door, like normal people.
