Stuck with Achievement: Next of Kin

Use all 10 ghosts in the Terrortown level.
I changed between each ghost, and nothing. I used them to scared some people, haunt objects... I even tried using the same object that killed them, and nothing. I don't know how to get this achievement and is the last I need to know how to get.
Please I need help.

How I did it: I scared people to make the stress level rise till I could kill someone. Everytime I killed someone I went to the tower zone and changed between them to use the ghost I just killed to kill the next one. When I changed to the last ghost (and I don't remember if I tried to scared somebody...) the achievement appeared XD

By someone I mean the especial characters that become ghosts when you scare them with the max level stress skill. Hope it helps.

okay I FINNNNNNNNNNNNALLY got this one.

here is what I did.

START THE LEVEL OVER. The killing the characters that don't move is legit. These people become ghosts. I started with the main ghost then went to the left counterclockwise around the belltower as far as which ghost to choose. The first one I went after therefore was nurse. Went over to her and scared people in and around the room until I could kill her with the xray. I made sure I used the special ability in the tower room and then inside the building i was going to and then again in the tower room when i got back for EACH ghost. I don't know if that matters but other people talked about that. So after i killed the nurse i used special ability to go oooo then flew back to tower room went oo and then switched to nurse....then i repeated the process all the way around the tower room. until i got to the last ghost...the sea captain. once i changed to him and used my moan I got the achievement.

so the order was

Main Ghost
Nurse
Chef
Actor
Mummy
Phantom
Sea Octopus Creature in underwater suit
Thief
Sea Captain

main point is the NEXT of kin. You can't just choose ANY ghost to get next it has to be the one next to it. I also heard someone say clockwise doesn't work. I went counter clockwise from top and it worked.

Tried getting next of kin
So I forget to kill the clown and killed all other 8
then i killed the clown and proceed to use the ghost in the clockwise manner, moaning once and switching
By the time I reached the clown and moan, I got the achievement.
