What happens if you fall while going to the secret ending?

Much to my surprise, I managed to make it and I love the flow of this section even if it was nerve-racking, but I'm curious to know if there's a safety net here or if you really just fall back down to the previous section.

Also, can you leave the secret ending section or do I need to start a new game? I was going to try and clean up the podcasts I missed on the same save, but I don't think I can get back.

Nevermind, I found the answers myself. I fell while replaying to get all of the podcasts. I will not be spoiling what happened because I found it very amusing.

There is no way out of the last room of the secret ending section, but even if I could've gotten out of there, I would've needed to replay the whole game for the podcasts anyway because there's at least two more points of no return in the game.

Hey there, just curious if you know whether or not you can complete the game and then get the secret ending or if you need to redo the game after competing it?

If you're talking about the normal ending, you can just get it and continue from where you left off the same way you normally do.
