Bug Reports [Hub]

For exactly the same reason I opened the Suggestion and Feedback Hub, I'm opening a dedicated Hub for bug reports.

How to submit a bug

1) Describe the bug in details. Many bugs are very straightforward, but it's good when you can tell us what and where exactly happened. A screenshot or two is even better.

2) Try to remember and describe what you were doing before bug happened. If you know how to repeat the bug, please tell us.

3) Don't forget to write the version and the build numbers, for example "Alpha 0.024 Build 11".

4) When you come across a bug, before starting a new game, copy the existing save and output log files and send them to info@floxstudios.com

1. Camera is at a 'fixed' elevation above the roof of the building I am in preventing me from seeing inside. Attempts to zoom in and out do nothing.

2. Was exploring interior of an apartment building (3 stories). Stopped playing briefly and closed the game, upon resuming the camera had become fixed. Briefly walked around and was unable to get the camera to come down 'inside' the building until I somehow discovered the stairs during my blind walking. I was then promptly killed! Loading a backup of the save produces the same scenario.

3. v0.083 build 86 a64 is the build this is occuring on.

4. I have a save copy of this save stashed, if you want it let me know! If there is any kind of fix in the interim i would also be happy to hear it, have been having a bit of luck with this guy and wanted to see how much longer he'd last. If not, well such is early access testing :)

Hey,

those two bugs have been fixed recently, and it will be update in the new patch.

If you come across the "infinite loading screen" bug please, please send me your save file. It's been reported that it has a higher chance to apper on a random scene, but we could repeat it yet(((

Will do! As this is thread is intended to be a hub for bug reports, would it be useful to keep the original post updated with bugs you'd like people to try and get information on?

1. So I resumed a game I was playing yesterday after downloading the patch today and I was unable to "set up" anything. I tried right clicking on the object and clicking set up, I tried equiping it and trying to use it that way, but it still wouldn't let me.
2. I wasn't doing anything I just resumed the game. I later died and started a new game and got the same problem.
3. The version is the newest one alpha .084 build 90
4. I've emailed my output log as well

Same problem as previous post, you can't set up a camp fire etc with this latest patch.....

So I went to continue a game I was playing the other day and it just say there loading for ever. I accidently clicked and heard my gun fire. So it was almost like the game was going only the loading screen never went away. I don't recall my location unfortunately. I was using alpha .084 build 90 which I believe is the current one.

There is no way out when you go into the second apartment through bus-bridge in The 26th Microraion,South.The way you come in is too high to go back and way out is blocked with furniture.

Black Screen
1 open the dialog to use the sleeping bag or a bed
2 click on a "?"
3 exit help screen
4 black screen displayed
5 to bring back normal view use TAB and exit inventory

Stairs Problem
1 leave character on the stairs or close to the stairs in the residential block (i left on the second flor)
2 exit the game
3 enter the game
4 continue the game
5 i see only the roof . unable to see character and anything inside the building
6 as soon as you change the floor you will see the building interior (not easy task since you can't see interior)

I don't remember the exact location, but I know it was the big mansion that has 3 floors. Hope that helps
