Love the game....ores are a bit grindy

I am really having fun in this game. I love that you can't chill too much before you have to scramble. The ores seem a bit grindy, but maybe that's me. Or maybe I haven't found the best weapons yet. The items you get seem meh, after all that smacking ;) Great job devs, having a good time nonetheless.

I found a fireaxe and I've found it takes less than a minute to destroy those glowing ore stones. I have 4 Spinach equipped too, so I'm assuming those 15% bonuses stack? Zombies die in 2 hits, and the stone doesn't take all that long with this setup.

Yeah, I'm still early game, so I'm grinding through the ores to get the better buffs. Good to know they stack. Getting hit by the zambies in melee hurts quite a bit, so I have bring a ton of food, too. I know...get gud, right? ;)

LOL, absolutely. You will learn the timing. Try to swing at max reach, don't be afraid to sprint backwards, and don't forget you have a block - it seems to reduce damage and on those grabby zombies it **seems** to break them off of you faster, but could be just sprinting backwards that does it? Not positive yet.
