Filetype and Glow
Does the filetype of the song matter when the software checks the song you add?

I know that .flac songs are of a higher quality than mp3 for example, but does it matter in any other way than sound quality?

And also, are there any way to turn off the glow effect on the arrows/bubbles?
The game is quite blurry, even though i have tried all the tips in the sticky post...
And after looking on screenshots i believe the blur/glow effect might be the culprit here. :/

The format used doesn't influence the algorithm (except when it comes to sound quality of course) as in the end every signal has to be treated as the same "raw" sound data before being processed.

You can go in the "performance" option menu and disable "post-processing" to remove the glow (bloom).
