If you're trying to stream music through itunes, it won't work. you will have to download your music library into your HDD and then you'll be able to play your music. Melody's Escape does not support stream service. Also make sure your music is not encrypted. DMCA protected music cannot be read by Mel's Escape

Soo when I download music off my itunes it must be encrypted cause yeah its not supported are their any ways to convert my music?

Hi,

Music bought and downloaded via iTunes works with Melody's Escape (file format: ".M4A")

You can access it via "My Music" menu in the game, then "iTunes > iTunes Media > Music"
(or drag and drop individual tracks directly from iTunes to the game if you're playing in Windowed mode)

Please note that the "Apple Music" service is not supported, only iTunes.
