You will need to calibrate in 3 steps (represented as red plus signs). First move your controller up against your camera's lens, then press the trigger button on that controller. Make sure your camera doesn't move during or after this process as this can throw off calibration.

For the 2nd and 3rd calibration steps, you want to step back as far as you can physically go in your play area, align the + with the middle of your controller, and press the trigger button of that controller.

So I haven't tried mixed reality capture but I did try with Avatar streaming and the compositor continually crashes over and over, nothing works. I'm using a top of the line gaming pc with 4080 super graphics card, i9 14k series, best of the best, with a pimax crystal light that has absolutely no problems running anything.

Hey, we'll look at that.

What do you mean by compositor? :)
It's something with LIV that is the error reported and it stops LIV... I asked them about it, they referred me to the game developers stating the problem was with the game.

I've updated the guideline above for avatars. If that doesn't fix the issue, we can look into it in more detail :steamhappy:
Further Clarification.... I tried using my Quest 3, with Virtual Desktop so still using SteamVR and LIV with the Avatars, and it worked perfectly. The problem appears to be with the Crystal Light somehow.... however I don't have crashes in other games with the Crystal still only with Maestro. Also is there a setting where I can turn off the visual representation of the hands in the game when using an avatar?
