That's certainly a novel interpretation of the facts.
Also, may I point out Alec Holowka's sister has specifically asked people not to mob or harass Zoe Quinn over this?
The court of public opinion, social media, mob justice, social justice should not be used especially in cases without a single shred of evidence, if something like this has happened, you go to the police, you don't post on Twitter knowing the person you're posting about is suicidal (She said this herself on Twitter) and knowing they were going to be harassed and dogpiled because of those accusations.
Whether it actually happened isn't the point, if Zoe did things the proper way instead of going down the social justice route, there's a very good chance he would still be alive.
So yes, I'm comfortable with what I said in my previous post.
This is just so terrible. The guys sister isn't even standing up for him, she's actually standing up for Zoe, no wonder the guy felt lonely...

I'm pretty sure she wouldn't won the court and made a fool of herself if she reported. That's why she chose the easy method - Internet. Internet now is a dangerous place, not even a tool.
And that's why she's being harrased right now - she literally killed a person. Moderators downvoted and deleted comments cheering up and supporting Alec and upvoted those, who harrased him. That's why everyone is furious now. Yes, you can't deny the fact that you can't harras someone, once again, but this is kind of a community Frontier Justice.
This whole thing was about something that happened years ago (proven untrue) that was put on Twitter (not the police, lawyer, doctor, counsellor etc.) because she wanted money. Her last project she got 90k USD for, she didn't do and now she is trying to raise her awareness all over again.
Her Patreon has her at about 18k a year (part time average pay USD not bad) and she says shes broke.
I doubt it'll be as much as 6 months, Zoe needs her drama. I'm betting more like 2.
She should be thankful it's frontier justice and not vigilante justice. After this, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there are some people that want to make some of those death threats she claimed to get early on into a reality.

It's shocking.
