What to do in B4 level in a certain dungeon?

B4 in Gaia's Navel, what does it do? There's a room, a blue crystal on the Eastern wall and nothing else. And you can't get in with a full team so I'm wondering what's the point of this room?

Okay, I talked to the Dwarf and returned to Gaia's Navel, but nothing happens when interacting with the stone. What do I need to do?
