Paragon is extremely strong on hero, but I haven't had any luck rolling Paragon on player created characters, so if any of you have, please share, because I'd like Paragon on anything that's not a caster.
I ran into the problem where it's pointless bringing extra party members, because they do like 1/3rd the damage of my hero because they haven't leveled up with Paragon str boosts, and my hero oneshots screens with 1 boomerang toss. 3 other party members sit and watch my hero toss a boomerang once every battle while doing nothing.
This is true about Paragon. Me and a buddy rolled a paragon hero and I'm at level 12 with 100 STR already, which is ungodly insane and I do more than double that of my similarly equipped warrior.
Paragon is more than +140% strength, hard to say for sure but I can comfortably say it's 150-180%. It's completely busted. Downsides are lower agility, and wisdom. All stats aren't equal, strength has a lot more value than agility & wisdom. Spell damage doesn't scale up with wisdom in parity to the way attack damage scales up with strength, and agility can be doubled with the meteor bracelet.
I might even prefer Paragon on a priest too, because a priest can still hit something with a weapon and do some damage, potentially more than they could do with a spell. There's a staff I got from the rank 4 monster arena that gives a big attack damage boost, and that got me thinking about how well that might work on a paragon priest.
Just got Paragon on a female Warrior with the following stats:
Str 21
Res 13
Agi 7
Sta 14
Wis 7
Luck 6
Don't know enough about this game to know if the pretty low stats in 3 areas worth Paragon, but we'll see.
str: 13
res: 11
agi: 12
sta: 14
wis: 11
luk: 6
Actually Male Party members can be generated with it now. But they can't equip the Garter so that would be the only way to get it for Male characters is generating it when making them upstairs at Patty's Party Planning Place. In almost the same vein Female Characters can be generated with Charmer but also can equip an accessory to get it
And for The Hero doing the personality quiz I think it's still split that Male gets Charmer and Female gets Vamp for the same scenario.
