steam late release why?

Because the switch version has a bug and now they want a delay to fix the bug

The actual reason is this is when almost every Steam game releases. This isn't some weird thing, it's weird if a game DOESN'T release at that time.

Elden ring came out on Steam near midnight (local time) like consoles
Publishers CAN choose WHEN exactly they want the game to release but don't do it because they don't really care (square enix did it before with dragon quest 11 but for final fantasy 16 they went with the base Time) well it's only a guess since they never talk about it lol
