Save Game Editor / Cheat Engine

Has anybody figured out the cheat engine or saved game format for some of the stuff in this game?

In particular I just want the ability to change the personalities of my characters without requiring books. I plan to change classes somewhat frequently on my characters and with every class change probably should have a personality change to go along with it, but I lack the necessary books for that, so I just want to be able to use cheat engine to change their personalities.
