Unable to get Yellow Orb

I have got all of the other orbs, and it told me to finally visit my town again. But nothing is happening.

You need to visit the town where you give the merchant over 4 times, talk to them, zoom away to another area, wait for the notification. On the third visit a group of people will be talking behind the jail, eavesdrop on that. On the 4th visit the merchant will be in jail and tell you where the yellow orb is.

I don't know if listening to the revolutionaries and walking outside is enough. You may need to enter another town to get the message. I zoomed to another town and got the message to check on frontier town.

Yeah I finally figured it out lol I somehow missed the one corner they were huddled in.
