Hello, to everyone who has come to see the outcome of this the project on the PC.
It's already January 13th 2015 and update 9.0 is no where to be seen. Who's to blame? Have the Developers completely switched to another platform? Will they give us answers and by April 1 to play a trick on us once again promising to update? It's a pity, because the game has the opportunity to be very good on the PC . No, I do not want my money back, nor will I cast stones at the Developer for the disappointed hopes. Thanks for playing. However, it is very sad that the project has turned out this way on the PC.
The great thing about Android is that you can post a tested version and it goes live in a few hours.
IOS and Amazon take about two weeks and STEAM about a week.
But, you can’t just take your Android version and make it an IOS, Amazon or PC version. Each has a distinct development cycle, different development engines, different premium or inApp purchase models and mobile is touch screen vs. controller or keypad.
As a very small development studio, we have made the decision to make Android our testing platform and that is why it is the only version that has been updated. Until Block Story is exactly like we want it, we will not release it on other platforms.
This isn’t a decision that is the most profitable for our small studio nor is it a popular one for non-Android players. But it is the one we believe that will allow us to make the best game possible for all platforms. Especially PC.
You do not need any special codes.
Open your STEAM account and go to library. Right click on Block Story. Click on properties, betas and select the beta branch.
Download the beta and let us know what you think at support@blockstory.net of version 10.1.9 of Block Story.
