MINDWAVE

MINDWAVE

The drop, tetris looking mini game?
How does this one work? I feel like I could drop it anywhere and win. I've seen people completely miss the flashing part and it still win.

You can just hold down and win as far as I know, nothing fancy.
there’s a faded copy of the piece that’s falling (kind of like a guide), you’re supposed to drop the piece that’s falling into the faded piece
as for missing the faded piece and still winning, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

pretty sure it is called puyo puyo
it's just puyo puyo rules, you match the pieces to trigger a clear and then as the subsequent pieces clear it does a full combo. the faded guide shows you one possible winning move (likely for the benefit of players who don't already know the rules of these types of falling block games), however ANY winning puyo move counts to clear the microgame

currently it's almost impossible to fail, you have to actively maneuver your falling pieces into an losing position, such as by rotating them so that the matching tiles are separated by a different tile in the middle

theres a silhouette of the piece you have on the board and you need to line ur piece up with it. THATS IT LOL
it actually works a little different than puyo puyo, from what i can tell.
to clear shapes, you need to line them up, then drop one of the special blue gem pieces onto a line of matching shapes, after which all the shapes in the line will be cleared.
