That shouldn't have happened, when you check show hidden folders under the organize/folder and search options tag in the windows explorer it just makes it so that the hidden folders appear, it doen't physically move anything.
You must have done something else.

your in the wrong file. the file talked about is located in "MAIN USER or Whatever your name is " folder { C:\users\main user.....} and it may be HIDDEN from view depending on your folder settings.
