[SOLVED] Rides beeing ignored
I have a fairly big park now.. But the RIdes are mostly being ignored. All peeps are just running towards the sunscreen and food stalls that are blocked by everyone else. Does anybody else have a guide on how to get rid of this problem? Maybe spread the stall over the park instead of making foodcourts?

I'm thinking...

I would definitely spread out the food stands. I've run into similar problems and spreading them out worked well.

i think thats how its always been. i just speed up the speed and the peeps started spreding through my park.

The peeps are probably ignoring the rides based on the cost of the rides per ticket... A ride with an excitement rating of 3 shouldn't be charging $5 per ticket etc. It's also possible your rides are too intense and cause too much nausia for the peeps.

Mostly my rides are free, and the entrance requires a fee. It can't be the prices fault.
It's probably the intensity of the rides then. But if they're ignoring the base flat-rides as well, then I won't know.

When I played this game back when it was first released I helped this problem by putting food stalls and the best ride of the park far down the path past all the stuff you want them to visit... They are forced to walk past, and patronize all the rides to get to what they really want. Your mileage will vary however.. if my memory is faulty.

As far as I know the Sunscreen stalls are bugged. Sunscreen is like cocaine for those peeps. Don't build them.

I tried spreading them in the park. It kind of worked.. But they went all that way just for the sunscreen, nothing else.

Try naming a guest John Roach or Sam Denney. This makes all rides/coasters irresistable. :D
If your ride is too intense IE above like 13 or so, this will also solve the problem XD

I was having this same problem and came here to look so far some things help a little like making sure you have bathrooms all around the park and maybe build some other small food courts spread around instead of just one big one. Otherwise I was trying to spread my rides out at the beginning more a lot of times I will build a ton of thrill rides all in the center next to the foof and everybody stacks there instead of going out to my coasters but now I am going to scatter those also

Also build lots of info stands so the peeps can get their maps and maybe the signs to show where they are lol maybe they just are lost haha

Interesting, not a problem I have. It sounds like it's either some sort of save bug, user error (no offense, the game can be confusing), or as another suggested a bug with the actual stall.

Try closing them down for awhile, wait about a year or two, keep running ads, and see if your population/rating goes up or down. If it goes up, then it's probably a problem with the stall. If it goes down, then it's either bugged or there's something off about your park...
