does anybody knows if it is possible to change resolution to 1920 ??

Yes you can. In Win 7 go to /AppData/Roaming/Atari/RCT3 and open the Options.txt file and change the resolution setting. I am running it at 1920 x 1200 and it looks great.

type %appdata% in the search bar over the start button. Then click atari > rt3> optrions.
change res to 1920 1080
file/save. and your ready to go. Some levels have graphical glitches due to this, but its mostly perfect

There is a guide to putting the display to 1920x1080 on Youtube, it worked for me and should easy for you, it's only changing some values in a .txt file, looks really lovely on 1080p

Drunken Dragon, I use WIN 7 and that folder is hidden. I assume it would be hidden on WIN 8 as well. Go into Control Panel and set your system to show hidden files and folders. In WIN 7 it's listed under the Personalization and Appearance in control panel. Once you have access to your hidden folders, the rest of the steps listed above should work fine. I used this tip to play the game at 1920 X 1080 and it looks perfect. Hope this helps!

if you have Win 7 or vista go to the search bar in the start menu and type %appdata% and click enter. If you have XP open the Run prompt and type %appdata%. (I'm not 100% sure about Mac) And if you are running Mac OSX, under the Finder dropdown menu click "Go to folder" and type ~/Library. The directory should be Application Support/Atari/RCT3.
