Have CD Key but no CD :(
I bought RCT3 a while back before they even had the expansions and I still have the CD key but lost the CD. Anyone know how I could possibly download the game without having to pay for it again?

uhm Im pretty sure you can. You can download the game through the RCT3 website (but not through steam) and the thing is that anyone can download it, but in order to play it you must have the key :) I AM NOT SURE OF THIS BUT U SHOULD GIVE IT A TRY :D
(a) Making of Additional Copy or Adaptation by Owner of Copy.- Notwithstanding the provisions of section 106, it is not an infringement for the owner of a copy of a computer program to make or authorize the making of another copy or adaptation of that computer program provided:
(1) that such a new copy or adaptation is created as an essential step in the utilization of the computer program in conjunction with a machine and that it is used in no other manner, or
(2) that such new copy or adaptation is for archival purposes only and that all archival copies are destroyed in the event that continued possession of the computer program should cease to be rightful.

In simpler terms, you can't do it.

Why? Becuase it doesn't follow these guidelines.

Part 1: No it is not essential, it is talking about in the first place not if you lose it.
Part 2: No it is not archival.

I'm sure that you can download the installer from somewhere and then just use the cd key that you have now to install the game.

You are quite misinformed. Courts in the US have already ruled if you can prove that you purchased the item (Receipt. Statement etc.) it is not piracy. Perhaps in other parts of the world this is an issue but not in this one.
