Adding Content to RCT3

How do you add content to RCT3 such as externally created scenery sets, other roller coasters from roller coaster exchange sites, etc.

Depends on what you're adding. You download what you're looking for (scenario's, custom scenery, etc.) and place them in the appropraite place. Most, maybe all, custom scenery items are placed in the /style/themed folder.

Zygon is correct for this. It will be in the game's installation folder (Steam\SteamApps\Common\RTC Gold for steam, not exact path but pretty close) that you put them, while making sure they're in the right subfolders like the /style/themed folders. Most CS (Custom Scenery) will have readmes that tell you where to put them.

I found a active site that has downlods for tracks, however your answer Rhia is a little vague as some come in folders which go into tracked cars/ and rides folder then some go else where. I am having an issue figuring out where they go.

Generally, Custom tracked rides that add new coaster types and such, their files within the folders such as 'trackedrides' and 'cars' can be merged into the folders of the same name in the base game directory.

For things such as custom scenery, example being new trees, hedge mazes, etc... They generally go into the /Style/Themed/ folder.

Yeah that should be in the main RCT3 folder. Validate your files or re-download the game.
