I have the drm free version from Amazon and it works perfectly fine, not sure about the steam one though

I just bought the mac version off greenman gaming to see if it works on windows and it does im currently running windows 8.1 this game loaded and played fine :)

I'm having issues with this game. I JUST bought it and this is the first time I'm trying to play it and everytime I try to load the game it says it's stopped working and needs to find an solution. Did anyone else have this problem and figure it out?

Yes. Just go to steam apps/common/rct3. right click on rct3plus and select lauch with graphics card and select the one that says high somewhere in it.

I've done all this and it still isn't working. Any other options to try?

Un-install re-install, but first try verifying the game files just incase something is missing.

yea I did the verifying file thing and it said a file needed to be reaquired. ill try reinstalling it

If you verified the game cache, steam gets the file for you automatically. You don't need to do anything else to get the file.
