Custom Weather/time of day ?

Hi guys, recently bought this game on sale after seeing it & remembering RCT 1 back in the day so decided to buy this, however i've started the first scenario & the only weather i seem to be getting is constant sun or slight clouds, also every so often a 2 second storm occurs then turns back sunny, could be a bug ? So yeah i was wondering if there is a way to set both the time of day & weather it's day light or darkness ?

As i said this is for scenario 1 Vanilla Hills.

If I remember rightly, each scenario has a different preset cycle of weather and opening hours. For example, the more spooky scenarios have a greater chance of thunderstorms and are more frequently open at night, whereas Vanilla Hills is supposed to be some utopian, always-sunny land of wonder and fantabulosity.

If you play in sandbox you get to set the time of day and stuff like that, but I'm not sure about the weather.

that scenario is already preset with an open and close park time....watch the clock and you should see the time skip from evening to morning as in your park opening and closing from day to day.....i think i got this one right if my memory is correct. So it might go from 7am to say 6pm and skip right to 7am without darkness. it screws with your laser shows because it never gets dark and if you set the show for say 8pm well it never gets to 8pm so no show at all.
