Also, just build mild and junior rides at the entrance, and increase the intensity and excitement as they explore the park. Do some PR, give away vouchers for your most distant rides. You've got to seduce them. Don't plant your Godzilla coaster at the entrance.
ETA: Build a pool. They love the friggin' pool. Even a short pool slide will drive it through the roof.
Yeah i acctually figured that out a few hours after I posted. I have a transport (which i made free) take guests to the other side of my park underground. They get dropped off and i puposefully dont have a line to bring them back so they dont just hop back on. I also put the gental rides at the front too but i havent tried making the park in a circular design. Im going give that a shot. Also didnt know that about pools, hmm. Thanks for the advise :)
So, to sort this out, the guests need to have a park map. Place information stalls or umbrella stalls at the entrance to encourage park map purchases... Then, there is no 25 square limit.
Another way around it is (as mentioned above) use ATMs and toilets as a thing to shunt people around, transport around the park, but larger parks tend to struggle with the amount you actually need, and then your FPS will struggle too.
Also, use the passport things. The guests know where they are regardless of the map thing. They will go and collect their tokens and this takes care of the 25 square radius issue.
At the front of the park, on the other side of the raised terrain, I made a train, with the opposite setup (using tunnels). This way guests MUST ride the monorail to the back of the park, and exit by the train at the front.
I also used the passport machines - it seemed to help
