How do I get this game to work?

I bought one of those budget rereleases of RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Deluxe Edition a couple of years back. I'm currently running Windows 11 on my gaming PC and I have dual monitors. I can launch the game but I can never pull it up on screen. It can only run in the background. How do I fix this? I really want to play this game again.
