How to fix the icon?

1. right-click mouse on top of icon
2. choose propertise
3. make sure URL: reads ------> steam://rungameid/2700
4. if not put it in there.

If that doesn't work delete icon on desktop

1. bring up Steam
2. got to Library-Games
3. scroll down to RCT3 game
4. Right-click mouse on top of RCT3 ( so it's highlighted in blue)
5. Choose from list : Crate desktop icon

You have to navigate to the Game's directory on the hard drive. Once there you have to scroll down to the game's executable file and right-click it - choose : Send to desktop ( create short cut) ...In Windows operating system.

1. click Start on desktop
2. Computer
3. C:\ hard drive
4. C:\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 Gold.............scroll down to a file called : RCT3Plus and right-click it and choose : Send to desktop (create shortcut)

You could also hit Start and in the white box area where you search programs and files plug in RCT3Plus and when it appears inside thw search box just right-click it and send to desktop as shortcut.

This video on Youtube is close to what u need to do. The only thing is u need to find Roller coaster tycoon Platinum's executable file which is : RCT3Plus.exe
