I'll try it out and update if it doesn't work.
Update: This may not work exactly as it is written, depending upon your Windows version. (Windows's dynamic pointing directory junk will seek to prevent you naming another directory the same name as one that is dynamically named the same even if the actual directory name is different. ie: "pictures" is the target sub-d in Documents for "My Pictures."

Note: "rmdir" is the "remove directory" command. If you're going this route, make sure that directory is empty and has no subdirectories. If you don't care about those contents, you can probably use the "rmdir /s" command, which will delete all the contents of the targetted directory as well as its contained sub directories. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb490990.aspx
Personally, I don't care to do this as I have other programs that look for the default My Pictures location.
