Box Office Scenario, VIP Cami O won't go on required ride.

Hello, I am playing the box office scenario. VIP Cami O is required to ride a coaster with an excitement rating of at least 7. I have just such a rollercoaster in my park. I know to set her path with the little footsteps. She goes to the ride, to the queue. Then she turns around and leaves. The park is currently in year 14, so she has done it a lot. Once I tried to get her to go on another ride and she also went to the queue and turned around and left. She goes to the ride exit, which is where my path for her picks up. She just skips the ride. It's impossible to put the footprints past the queue, into the ride itself. This strategy worked for Clint Bushman in a previous scenario. I am doing what the game says to do and it's not working. Please help, anyone.

Also, I've been looking online for the answer to this problem and haven't found it. One post from 2016 said she found the answer and didn't post what it was. If I get it, I AM GOING TO POST IT HERE for future gamers with this problem. If there's no answer here, I died or my ability to access the internet was totally lost, or I didn't figure it out and skipped to the next scenario.

I found the answer (thank god because this is boring and frustrating),

When you set the path, a waypoint has to say the name of the ride. It can be the only waypoint.

Click on the area where they sell the tickets until the name of the ride shows as a waypoint. I didn't know because it never happened before and obviously this is an early VIP situation in the game. So, there you go. I saw several people post this question online, and none posted the answer. Now you have it.
